Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Bukavu
Upon arrival you will be picked by our company representative who will welcome you depending on your time of arrival, you can opt to first have a mini Kigali city tour, after which we will cross the border dinner, and stay overnight at
Hotel Horizon.
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Day 2: Lwiro Chimpanzee Sanctuary Visit
Following breakfast, we will visit the chimpanzee sanctuary, you can take part in the daily activities at the sanctuary like feeding the chimpanzee, the activity takes a full day after which we will return to the lodge for dinner and stay overnight at
Horizon hotel
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking Tour
We will wake up in the morning for the day’s experiences, briefing and after trekking the low land gorillas the experience is amazing, it takes 1-4 hours and upon meeting the gorillas one hour is allowed with them, returning for lunch and evening relaxation.

Day 4: Transfer from Bukavu to Kigali
Following breakfast, you will be transferred to Kigali for departure stop over in Butare for lunch, and proceed to the international airport for your departure back home safely.
